Hello, Welcome, and Thank You for being here! I am so pleased you have chosen to share your valuable time with me!
My name is Mandy, I am a mother to 3 incredible boys, a wife to a super supportive and amazing man, and I cherish all the other roles I am to the many amazing people in my life. I certainly would not be in this space without the encouragement they all make me feel through their love.
My creative journey has been just like any other, full of ups and downs, feelings of defeat, failure, and then risen by accomplishment at times, and continued with perseverance. I am a self taught artist, never with any “official” eduction in art school. I actually spent the first 15 years of my working career in non-profit work, marketing, and then, sales and service where I partnered with schools to publish their yearbooks. It was a creative role, but working for corporate America ran its course for me. I knew it was time to listen to my calling, and chase my dreams.
Once I made the decision to be an artist, the real fun began! I put every ounce of my extra time into learning, testing out different styles and supplies, trying new things, connecting with other artists, and signing up for every eCourse that I could afford. Then, somewhere along the way, the magic began to happen, between feelings of “I’m never going to be any good”, I had small successes, kept trucking, and I began to fall head over heels in love! I have never looked back since.
So here I am! I am a vulnerable, living, loving, breathing woman. I put my whole heart into my work and family. And, I try to make every creation super special for anyone who requests my work.
